Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions describe how Premier Finish Concrete Contractor Atascocita handles enquiries, estimates and project scheduling through this website. They do not by themselves create a binding contract for any concrete work. Any project we perform would be governed by a separate written agreement signed by you and us.

Using this site

This site provides information about our residential concrete services in Atascocita, Texas and lets you submit an enquiry. You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide accurate, current information when you submit a form.

Enquiries and estimates

Submitting an enquiry form is a request for us to contact you about a project. It is not an order and does not obligate you to hire us or obligate us to perform work. After you submit, we may reach out during business hours to schedule a site visit.

Estimates are based on conditions observed during a site visit — the soil, slope, access, existing material and the scope you describe. An estimate is not a fixed price until it is confirmed in a signed written agreement. Conditions that change after estimating, such as unforeseen site conditions, may affect the final scope and cost.

Project scheduling

Concrete work depends on weather and site conditions. We schedule pours around the forecast because concrete cannot be placed in heavy rain or freezing conditions, and extreme heat affects finishing. Scheduling is not guaranteed until confirmed, and timelines may shift with the weather.

Curing and use

Concrete reaches initial set within hours but continues gaining strength for weeks. We provide curing guidance specific to your project, including when a surface is ready for foot traffic, furniture or vehicles. You are responsible for following that guidance so the surface reaches full strength.

SMS consent

Our enquiry form includes two separate optional SMS consent checkboxes — one for marketing and promotional messages and one for service-related, non-marketing messages about your project. Each is optional and not a condition of any service. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No warranty of results

Concrete is a natural material affected by soil, weather, loads and use over time. While we plan every pour for performance — sub-base, reinforcement, joints, drainage and finish — we do not represent that any concrete surface will remain entirely free of cracking or wear. Any express warranty for work we perform would be stated in a signed written agreement.
